All our shipments both domestic and international are carried out by Australia Post or its agents. Please note that WE DO NOT SHIP LIQUID OR SOLID FORMS OF OUR GROOMING PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY.
- Refunds are based on damage of goods or malfunction of software products.
- Refunds are provided ONLY AFTER our support team has reviewed the individual claim.
- WE will determine if a refund is necessary based on individual situations.
- Refunds are NOT available after 1 month from purchase date.
Refunds are not available if you just happen to change your mind and no longer want a product you have ordered, although we will make every effort to supply the actual product you required.
